Lilia Arroyo Flores is a leading Latina strategist who has worked on global brands including P&G, Walmart, Pfizer, Comcast and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. Previously she’s held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Chicago, EVP | Head of Planning & Consumer Insights at Edelman and lead strategist at Leo Burnett. She’s helped create award-winning work for Kellogg’s, MARS, P&G and Coca-Cola.
Lilia also serves on the national board of directors for The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and Impact for Equity.
